We are currently looking to fill a Full Time opportunity for a Coordinator, Volunteer Resources for the TriCities, based at Eagle Ridge Hospital located in Port Moody, BC.
As an experienced Coordinator, Volunteer Resources you will support the Manager and contribute to the daily operations, planning, logistics and finance responsibilities pertaining to volunteer management in a hospital and healthcare based environment. This includes healthcare volunteer support services, capacity building, project management, annual planning, stakeholder engagement, employee, physician, community partnerships and possess comprehensive knowledge of the Volunteer Administrator’s core capabilities and competencies.
The ideal candidate will have experience using web based cloud CRM systems such as Better Impact and advanced proficiency in using MS Office products such as Excel, Word, PPT and Visio. Additionally, you are a current registered and Certified Volunteer Administrator with the CCVA.

Liaising with multi-disciplinary staff in assigned areas, the Coordinator oversees the coordination and evaluation of Volunteer Program and services, as well as the supervision, evaluation and recognition of volunteers in the assigned areas.
Education and Experience
Graduation from a Bachelor program in Social Sciences plus three (3) years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
