We are currently looking for a Part Time Medical Office Assistant to provide support the team located at the Chilliwack Primary Care Clinic. We are looking for a bright, pleasant person with an eye for detail to conduct business in a professional manner in a busy clinical office environment. With a thorough, hands-on approach to deliver high quality and precise work, you will carry a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. A focused approach is needed to complete routine day-to-day tasks and handle changing calendars, priorities, and timelines. Overall, you like helping people and display exceptional communication skills.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Primary Health Care, the Medical Office Assistant is required to act independently, and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team within the framework of departmental regulations, program guidelines and standards. This position provides reception and clerical services, as well as assists with data entry. This position assists with tasks that are a cross responsibility of all team members.
Education and Experience
Grade 12. Certificate from a recognized Medical Office Assistant program. One year's recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
