In this role, you will join the dynamic Business & Client Services team at our Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment Project office, located in Burnaby B.C. The Burnaby Hospital Redevelopment is a challenging, multi-phase design and construction project that will transform an ageing facility into one of the largest community hospitals in the country, extensively modernized to meet the needs of residents. Working closely with Fraser Health’s Construction Management team, you will help Fraser Health maximize value for taxpayer dollars by monitoring costs and contract claims. Whether you are new to construction or have direct experience, this role promises variety and learning opportunities, and the satisfaction of contributing towards a public healthcare facility that will benefit the community for decades to come.

Responsible for providing financial and business advisory services to assigned clients and projects; reviews and analyzes departmental and portfolio financial, statistical, and costing information, assesses operational performance and assists clients in preparing their assigned operating and capital budgets.
A recognized professional accounting designation (CPA) and/or university degree in Commerce, Business, Finance or Health Administration.
Five (5) years' recent, related financial/management accounting experience and/or project administration in a health care environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
