We are seeking a Senior Leader, Project Support & Results Office (PSRO) to hold leadership and management accountability for the successful delivery and achievement of projects through the phases of the New Surrey Hospital and BC Cancer Centre Project.

This is a Regular Full Time opportunity located at Fraser Health’s Central City Surrey Office and will allow you to make a difference in the communities we live and serve.

The Senior Leader, Project Support & Results Office, holds leadership and management accountability for the successful delivery and achievement of projects throughout all phases of the Project.
In collaboration with Leaders, Project Managers and Project Teams (both Fraser Health and Contractors, leads the PSRO and the portfolio of projects to ensure the successful transition from project delivery to ongoing operations.
Accountable to establish project management processes, costing, timelines, standards, reporting, measurement/evaluation and communication related to project planning, development, management and implementation utilizing best practices, continuous improvement and project management principles. Ensures overall alignment of project, program, and portfolio management processes & practices.
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with stakeholders, project leaders/teams; is key resource and advisor on project management issues, tools and techniques. Coordinates project status reporting to stakeholders; provides effective Human Resource leadership, supervision, mentoring and training to staff/project team members.
Demonstrates the LEADS capabilities of Leads Self, Engages Others, Achieves Results, Develops Coalitions and supports Systems Transformation.
