The Business Analyst provides leadership and support by applying expert knowledge in business intelligence, data analysis, data mining, and performance reporting to provide evidence-based review of service utilization, health interventions, technology assessments and performance analysis. The Business Analyst plans and develops reporting requirements by engaging with healthcare stakeholders across the organization, reviewing clinical, financial, human resource and operational data and by applying knowledge in performance measurement and benchmarking methodologies to develop BI analytical reports.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or related applied quantitative scientific field, plus five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience in decision support, business analysis, performance reporting, and/or health care management, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Experience with T-SQL and PowerBI is preferred.
