We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Relief Full Time Primary & Community Care Social Worker to join the Primary Health Care Clinics and provide services in the South Fraser Community located in the region of Surrey and White Rock, B.C. This Relief Full Time positions is available until July 8, 2023 or return of incumbent.

Two (2) years' recent related experience in a complex health care environment such as a community or home health setting, or an equivalent combination of social work education, training and experience.
Valid BC Driver's License and access to personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
